I wish I could say I have this time management thing down. That I could give you good advice on how to find time to create as well as do all the other things we need to do as an artist to be productive… but I can’t. Paint faster?

Speed painting isn’t something I have yet to master (and probably never will.) I’m too much of a perfectionist. Nor do I know at what point quality becomes a self-indulgent sin rather than a virtue.

Perhaps, when you reach the point of picking apart every detail of a painting because you can’t bear to let it end it’s time to take a deep breath and kiss it good bye… Still working on that….
